The updated secure RDP files have been placed on our Sharepoint server and the Control-M Login links on this PCSSC website have been updated to point to the new location.

Telecom needed to update a configuration for the new pbx software to work correctly with our AVST voicemail.   They made the update and this corrected the problem.  Our Call Center number is now working again.

Important Alert: May 5 6:00 am - May 5 12:00 pm

IST Telecom team will be upgrading UC Berkeley's Avaya Phone system from version 6.2 to version 7.1.3. During this migration, there will be a period of about 30 minutes where inbound and outbound trunks will be offline while they are migrated to the new phone system servers. Once the inbound/outbound trunks are migrated there will be a brief 30-minute rolling outage across all Avaya Media Gateway while they register to the new phone system server.
